Common Questions

How do I restore my purchases?

Open the app, go to the Shop, and tap "Restore Purchases". This will restore any previously purchased items on your current account.

How do I link my guest account?

If you started as a guest, you can create a full account from your Profile screen. Your progress, points, and inventory will carry over.

I'm not receiving challenge notifications.

Make sure notifications are enabled for SnapJig in your device settings. On iOS, go to Settings > Notifications > SnapJig. On Android, go to Settings > Apps > SnapJig > Notifications.

How do I delete my account?

Visit our account deletion page to request account and data removal.
